Chalet du' Mont

The cabin was pretty much as described and expected, with the exception of no Wi-Fi working. WiFi was listed and notes at cabin said YouTube TV. Since we didn’t have Wi-Fi, no service and no way to watch the 3 tvs in the house, until we bought a dvd. Notified management but it was not resolved in the 8 days we were there.Comfortable bed, furniture was fairly comfortable. Hot tub was good and a nice way to end a day of hiking. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Everything was clean. Bit of a drive to Cherokee and the National Park but we preferred the quiet location over being nearer to the tourist hustle and bustle and picked this location for that reason. We loved the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad Gorge First Class adventure and also toured the Indian Village, which was very informative. Several great hikes in the park and south of cabin towards Franklin. I would recommend this cabin and would stay again, but only if Wi-Fi was working again or you are ok with no cell service and no tv. There was a landline we could use. Our cell phones could not even make a call from cabin.

SPACIOUS & BEAUTIFUL. LOVELY PLACE TO STAY.

We had a fabulous time staying here. It was clean and easy to access. The on call help was so helpful when we arrived late in the night and wanted to confirm we were at the right place. We didn’t want to scare anyone if we weren’t. The directions were spot on.

The cabin was very clean and had very little issues wrong. We enjoyed out stay and would recommend the property and rental property to others.

Nice place overall. Showing some signs of age and use. Very convenient to main road and Bryson City.

The home is lovely and we would stay again. We had fun with the pool table but serious players might be disappointed.

Nice cabin with Hot tub on large wrap-around porch with amenities as described. This cabin suited our needs very well.
We had low water pressure the day we checked in and couldn't use the upstairs bathroom until the following afternoon when someone was sent out to fix it (needed a part for the well-pump) so that was disappointing. Otherwise a good stay.

We loved the cabin, we are were able to sleep so comfortably. The kids really kicked in the kitchen and cooked (supervised from sofa) and cleaned up, we had family dinners every night. Unfortunately we had extra expense having the rent DVDs and purchased some to have entertainment due to the satellite was not working (signaled blocked) and due to no Wi-Fi we could not steam. the old TVs in the room didn't not of the right connections for the DVD player so we could only watch in Livingroom. other then that we love the cabin and would love to come back. We will be telling other about it.

Wonderful, quiet, relaxing! Could only watch movies for children on the TV even with the codes. But we brought DVD’s!

Very peaceful, clean, comfortable cabin. It was just a few miles from Bryson city and Cherokee North Carolina. We loved our stay there and hope to stay again next fall.
